Actually by eating less you are slowing down your metabolism and encouraging your body to store fat.
Eat More Every Day! Just spread your meals into smaller portions and eat more often. E.g. Up to 5 or 6 meal per day, instead of 3.
Try to consume a good balance of Protein (chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, steak, lentils);
Carbs (rice, rice cakes, oat cakes, sweet potato) and;
Veg (mix them up).
Snack on nuts like almonds and dried seeds for extra protein and energy.
Stay fully hydrated throughout the day NO EXCUSES!
