Luke is an amazing trainer - knowledgable, gives you his full energy and attention, inspires you to push yourself, and is so easy to get on with! Many people think if they eat less, they will lose weight!

Actually by eating less you are slowing down your metabolism and encouraging your body to store fat.

TRY THIS!

Eat More Every Day! Just spread your meals into smaller portions and eat more often. E.g. Up to 5 or 6 meal per day, instead of 3.

Try to consume a good balance of Protein (chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, steak, lentils);
