Exeter's No1 for Outdoor Fitness Training 

"Hiya guys!

Hope your well? My name is Luke Cole and I'm the owner here at Changes Wellness & Fitness.

I'm excited to share with you the changes we are making to EXETER QUAYSIDE BOOTCAMP.

Increasing the volume of sessions so you guys can get more training in this summer! 

Also my New Personal Training venue at ESA (Exeter Sports Academy) is fantastic and I am meeting some amazing people every day who I have to thank for supporting myself and Changes and the training that we offer."

We offer one to one PERSONAL TRAINING in studio, at home or outside around the Exeter area. 

You'll see me driving around in the BRIGHT ORANGE VAN through

Topsham, Alphington, Exwick, Pinhoe, Exminster, St Thomas, Marsh Barton but mainly on Exeter Quayside, Haven Banks. 

And best of all there is no set way, you get to choose how you would like to train. 

For us it's important that you are happy with the environment you train in and so we give you the choice!

We have a fantastic group of people with varying levels of fitness, but everyone there is part of the team!

As a fitness business we have 8 years experience and have had many success stories over that time. Many clients are still training will me now. There is so much value in the personal relationships that you build through training and working with people daily. It gives you motivation and surrounding yourself with like minded people can bring huge positives to your life. There are many great fitness centres and Personal Trainers around Exeter to choose from who can all offer a great programme for you. Our approach at Changes Wellness & Fitness is to be there for you on the journey that you decide to take as a friend, team mate and motivator. You will feel comfortable, confident and hyped at the prospect of a healthier and happier you!
